Video presentations are tested and fully functional in IE 6+, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Chrome and Opera with the relevant video plugins installed.
In theory any browser which supports Real Player, Quicktime or Windows Media Player will be able to run these presentations, however,
there may be problems due to the complex nature of the code.
If you are unable to watch our videos and you work in an organisation with it's own intranet and you are unable to access the video, it is possible that your local firewall or proxy server is blocking access to our videos. This is not uncommon, but unfortunately there is no easy way around this. Your system administrator will need to enable access to our server for the video player that you actually using the details below. It is not necessary to enable access for all players, only the one you use. However, autotrain reccomends the use of Realplayer because not all of our material is currently available in the other formats. The settings below are for presentations hosted on the AutoTrain server. If you are using a presentation hosted elsewhere, please contact the server administrator.
