Account passwords and usernames are case sensitive. You must match the case of every letter exactly to those entered on the registration form.
I'm having difficulty adding courses to my account.
Firstly make sure your using the 'Add/Remove' function in 'My Courses' and not the main course listing page. If when clicking on the '+' button, you find that the course doesn't appear on your course listing after the page updates, try reloading the 'my courses' page. Some browsers or network setups don't correctly respond to messages from our server not to cache the course listing pages and will keep giving you the first version of the page that was displayed by your browser unless you explicitly reload the page.

In some cases you may need to upgrade your software to view the video presentations. However most common, some organisations block video streaming on there networks, this is quite rare for home users who accessing through a normal ISP, but is increasingly common on company intranets. Unfortunately there is nothing that we can do about this, you will need to talk to your network administrator. Your administrator may find the AutoView technical notes page useful.

First, please check that you have entered the correct address by using the My Details page. In some cases, automated spam filtering software can wrongly discard our automatic messages as spam, if you whitelist email@example.com, this should allow the messages through. Alternatively, please Contact Us and we will manually verify your email address for you.
